Seems the whole concept of the specially designed vehicles was a joined agreement between DC comics, Kia Motors and West Coast Customs to raise awareness and funds for the "We Can Be Horoes" program to fight the hunger crisis in the Africa.
These vehicles were also used at the SEMA "speciality equipment market association" event last year October in Las-Vegas. Other DC comic character cars include
